General Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INTRAGENS FILED WITH THE COURT OF ROTTERDAM
Client: the client and contractual counterparty of Intragens and the customer, whether or not through the intermediary of a possible intermediary.
Rate: the remuneration due for the work performed by Intragens.
Assignment: the assignment to Intragens to advise an organization or legal entity.
Applicability of these conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers made by Intragens and to agreements concluded by or through Intragens with regard to guiding organizational advice. General terms and conditions of the Client are not applicable – not even in addition to these general terms and conditions – and any applicability is expressly excluded.
Deviations from and / or additions to these general terms and conditions are only binding for Intragens insofar as they have been expressly agreed in writing with Intragens. For the rest, these conditions remain in force.
Cancellation, revocation of the Assignment
The Client can cancel the Assignment free of charge unless a start has already been made with the execution of the assignment or that an appointment has been made on location for that.
Rate and billing
The rate and any payment termes are clearly agreed in advance.
The general payment term is 14 days.
Intragens accepts no liability for any consequences of the advice given to the organization.
Privacy and confidentiality

Intragens will only collect personal data from the Client to the extent necessary for the execution of the agreement. To the extent permitted by law, the data will be used for Intragens’ business operations and will not be stored longer than necessary for this business operation. The Client gives explicit permission for this.
Intragens will not provide data from the Client to third parties that are not involved in the execution of the agreement, unless Intragens is obliged to provide data on the basis of the law or a court order.
Competent court and applicable law
All our offers and agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. The court in Rotterdam has exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising from or in connection with these offers and agreements.
